Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is a composite wood based panel manufactured from fine wood fibers and resin, which are bonded together under heat and pressure.

MDF has a structured uniform density throughout with a fine and smooth surface. These qualities give MDF the machining ability required to produce complex designs.

MDF is available from Sternwood in a raw form or with a melamine faced decorative overlay either double or single faced.
